This document will outline the terms & conditions that will govern the use of Shorrli. Both customer and consultant must agree to these terms before using any products provided by Shorrli.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Don't misuse our Services. For example, don't use our services for any illegal activities or any activities that violates our Terms & Conditions, Service Level Agreement, or Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, recommendations, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, and any other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, display, or use via the Services. You agree that you will not:
Provision any information that is false, incorrect, or incomplete that may result in the inability to deliver the service to the user, consultant, or any other individuals for whom they are providing information (such as the consultant or customer). The provider of the information alone will bear the consequences of any inaccuracies in the information provided.
Submit, post, display, share, or use any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (including but not limited to publishing private information), hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Submit, post, display, share, or use any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any other person.
Submit, post, display, share, or use any Content that contains any software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful or disruptive code.
Submit, post, display, share, or use any Content that impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
Submit, post, display, share, or use any Content that collects or transmits personally identifiable information from other users without their consent.
Submit, post, display, or use any Content that you do not have the legal right to use under applicable laws.
Submit, post, display, or use any Content that violates any applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shorrli, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your Content or your use of the Services.
Shorrli is only a mediator and is not responsible for any information shared by either the customer or the consultant as it may be true or false.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and we'll post any modifications to these Terms on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and notifying us if you object to any changes. If you continue to use the Services after we have posted changes to these Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice or reason.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shorrli with respect to the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Shorrli.
All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered immediately upon sending to the email address contact.us@shorrli.com
